Could whoever gets to open this email please pass onto the CEO/Manager of your company my heartfelt thanks to all the different staff who have been handling my ticket purchase way back in 2020 through to the ticket being issued on 16/3/22.
Obviously, a number of your staff have had dealings with my ticket that I purchased for my partner Maria Makohon. Everyone that has responded to my questions have given 100% great customer service. Yes you may say that that is what they are employed to do but it is the little comment of each message that meant so much.
I had almost given up on “the system” thinking that I had done my money (not your fault), that perhaps your company became another statistic but I was elated to end up with a confirmed ticket. If you sorted out my single ticket there must be more members of the public who also must be sharing that elation.
Can you please pass on my thanks to your staff. I can’t speak highly enough of your company and hope this unsolicited email bring some satisfaction to those lovely young ladies whom I had the pleasure to deal with.
We are considering a trip to east coast of Canada in September-October so may call upon your company to prepare our itinerary.

Excellent refund assistance
We use a variety of travel agents to book our travel with- both web based and a large store franchise. Throughout 2020 and dealing with multiple travel agents to arrange credits or refunds for a number of flight cancellations, ifly has been the best by far. They responded quickly and accurately to our queries. The refund from Qantas took months to come through, but as soon as it was received we were promptly notified. We will definitely use ifly again and thank them for their excellent customer service.
I have received the payment. That was a speedy transaction!
Thank you so much to you and your whole team from the start to the end of this whole process. I initially bought the tickets with skepticism due to some wildly poor reviews. But since your specials on Japan flights from Australia at the time was such a good deal, I thought to give you guys a go.
Since the start of the pandemic, I’ve had nothing but stellar communication from beginning to end. I know many people were upset at the processing fee but for my friends and I, we were more than happy for iFly to deduce that from our refund. Honestly it must have been a stressful time seeing everything change and having to sort out itinerary for so many customers and processing refunds and credits. I was a bit stressed from just my itinerary let alone other people’s! I believe Justin have had to change my flight itinerary about 3 times before ultimately the flights got cancelled! Thank you Justin specifically too! I had been speaking to him a few times!
I hope after all this - my friends and I can use your service in the future when everything settles down.
Are there any review sites I could recommend your services? I tried googling/facebooking your pages and there was no way to recommend you guys. I know it may be a while before flights are back again but I hope there is some way to help spread the word of iFly!
