The seats on the Premium Business class recline to a fully horizontal position, becoming a fully-flat bed up to 58cm wide and almost 2 metres long. The distance between seats was increased to 1.8 metres, 32% more per passenger. Each seat has a 15.4" HD display, noise-reducing headphones and an audio-video system that can be used at no charge. Economy passengers may check-in two bags with a maximum weight of 23kg each, while business class passengers can check in three bags of 23kg each, the dimensions of the luggage cannot exceed 158cm (length + width + height).
For the hand baggage, economy class customers are allowed to carry one piece of baggage, not to exceed 8kg. Premium Economy and Business Class passengers are allowed to carry one piece of baggage on board, not to exceed a total weight of 16kg. Nevertheless, if you are flying to or from Brazil, the maximum weight is 10 kilos. The maximum dimensions for each piece of hand baggage cannot exceed 115cm (length + width + height).
