Passengers travelling in Cathay's Economy can experience a comfortable journey in a fixed-back shell seat with an adjustable headrest and a smooth recline. They will also experience a 9" widescreen TV for entertainment, offering a range of services in several languages. The passengers flying with Cathay Pacific will have some of the best meals in the sky. The airline ensures passengers will receive first-rate food by placing rice cookers, toasters and frying facilities on board, allowing meals to be freshly prepared for each passenger. Passengers in the economy may check-in a bag up to 20kg, of which the dimensions should not exceed 158cm total (length + width + height). The weight of the bag for Business Class passengers is 30kg, and 40kg for First Class passengers, with the dimensions remaining the same 158cm total.
For the hand baggage, each passenger may carry one bag of 56x36x23cm in size. In economy, this bag should not weigh more than 7kg, in business class 10kg and in first class 15kg.
