The new First Class seats, designed together with BMW Group DesignworksUSA, offer passengers superior comfort and privacy in a modern and welcoming cabin. Each seat features a new fixed-back shell design with curved side panels to provide a clear demarcation of personal space, for added privacy. At 35-inch width and a bed length of 82 inches, passengers can now enjoy one of the most spacious First Class products in the sky.
The new Business Class seats, designed together with James Park Associates, feature a more contemporary and dynamic design with its curvaceous shell and use of metallic colours and textures. It blends modern sophistication with functionality, to address business travellers' requirements for more flexibility, comfort and privacy. The new features are also designed intuitively around our passengers' every need.
Much research and tests have gone into enhancing the comfort of Singapore Airline's new Economy Class seat, designed with increased personal space. The new backrest cushion comes with bolstered sides for better back support. The range and direction of adjustment for our ergonomically sculpted headrests have also increased, to suit different passengers' needs.
Singapore Airlines' state-of-the-art inflight entertainment system offers a feast of movies, TV shows, music, games, language courses and office software on wide screen LCDs. Featuring over 1000 entertainment options, including audio and video-on-demand, means passengers are spoilt for choice.
On international travel the baggage allowance for suites is 50kg, First Class is 50kg, Business Class is 40kg and Economy is 30kg. Cabin baggage is 7kg in all classes, excpet in Suites, First and Business you can have two pieces and in Economy only 1 piece.
