Disabled passengers can have assistance while embarking or disembarking, transport mobility devices, facilities for assistance dogs and meals according to dietary requirements. It's suggested that you let the airline know of your requirements at least 48 hours before the flight.
Economy passengers may check-in one bag with a maximum weight of 23kg, while premium economy class passengers can check-in two bags, and business class passengers can check in three bags, the dimensions of the luggage cannot exceed 158cm (length + width + height).
For the hand baggage, economy class customers are allowed to carry one piece of baggage, not to exceed 7kg. Premium Economy and Business Class passengers are allowed to carry two pieces of baggage on board, not to exceed a total weight of 15kg. The maximum dimensions for each piece of hand baggage cannot exceed 118cm (length + width + height).
